PDC began as a grassroots collaboration in 2015. Our network of like-minded employers, service providers and self-advocates believe in the importance of opportunity for all. Our diverse and vibrant group works together to support both meaningful employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and inclusive healthy workplaces, ensuring always that the process is measurable, transparent, and sustainable.
We work hard to identify, challenge and eliminate barriers of all kinds for employment, opening new doors and supporting persons with disability so they may achieve their goals. Our PDC collective believes that working together will give us new ideas, better tools and greater success at matching employers with the right candidates for their workplace.
